Top Spot of the Week: Nissan Maxima's "Baby"September 03, 2010 -- A woman looks at her home pregnancy test kit which registers a positive reading. She smiles and breaks the news to her hubby. They embrace in celebration but then the guy's facial expression turns to worrisome as he has clearly thought of something.
The Best Work You May Never See: SportChek's "Helmet" Directed By Brian Lee HughesSeptember 03, 2010 -- A boy wearing a grease-stained bike helmet tell his mom that it's still stuck on his head. She immediately instructs a nearby worker at a grease removal service to "do it again," meaning to repeat dousing the lad's head in grease. The worker cannot believe the woman would subject her son to this ordeal one more time. This leads to a prickly exchange between the worker and the woman.
The Best Work You May Never See: The Canadian Real Estate Association's "howrealtorshelp.ca"September 03, 2010 -- This testimonial from a customer takes on a new face--actually different faces as one turns into yet another and another, the only constant being the verbal message which enumerates the many ways in which a realtor helped in the buying and/or selling of a house. This diversity in people represented in the many faces underscore the value universally felt by customers who hire qualified realtors.
Top Spot of the Week: Sensis White Pages' "Piano Man" Directed By Brian BillowAugust 27, 2010 -- In this pseudo other worldly atmosphere, a man dressed in white sits at the piano, strokes the ivories and sings an ode to remembering business names but not the details as we briefly see the merchants (a female butcher from Meats of Distinction, an exterminator from a pest control firm) referenced in his lyrics. This over the top yet charmingly tongue-in-cheek spot ultimately pays homage to the White Pages where you can "find names faster."
The Best Work You May Never See: Mentos' "Spider" Directed By Brian Lee HughesAugust 27, 2010 -- A guy and gal are sitting on a couch when all of a sudden the lass starts screaming. Turns out she is reacting to a small spider crawling along the living room carpet. The guy, whose facial expression is one of disbelief over his girlfriend's overreacting, reaches over to pick up the spider. The spider then proceeds to flip him over, sending him careening into the wall.
The Best Work You May Never See: Honda's "Don't Text and Drive" (spec spot) From Magnet FilmworksAugust 27, 2010 -- A man walks along city blocks, nearly bumping into anyone and everyone in his path. That's because his focus is on a cell phone as he text messages away. Finally he walks right into a street lamp post, and falls flat on the sidewalk, raising the question: What if this guy were driving a car?

August 20, 2010 -- Those music video-style commercials for Fruit of the Loom never get old. Dallas-based The Richards Group, which has had Fruit of the Loom as a client for a decade, began producing the music video parodies featuring the Fruit Guys five years ago, kicking off the successful campaign with the country song "You Can't Overlove Your Underwear."

Top Spot of the Week: Bud Light's "Rescue"August 13, 2010 -- A secret agent has been captured and is about to be tortured by his adversaries. However, our James Bond-like, tuxedo-wearing hero is cool and confident because his team is about to storm the apartment and rescue him. Indeed the SWAT team is just outside the tour but gets detoured at the sight of a party across the way with plenty of Bud Light.
