The 18th Annual Art Directors Guild Excellence in Production Design Awards honoring production design in theatrical motion pictures, television, commercials and music videos will take place on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014, at the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton Hotel, it was jointly announced by ADG President Mimi Gramatky, Art Directors' Council Chairman John Shaffner and show producers Raf Lydon and Dave Blass.

The entry and voting timeline for the event is:

• Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013 - Submissions for television programs, commercials and music videos open on-line at www.adg.org.
• Friday, Nov. 15, 2013 - Submissions for television programs, commercials and music videos close.
• Friday, Dec. 20, 2013 - *On-line voting for nominations in all categories begins.
• Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014 at 5PM (PT) - On-line voting for nominations in all categories close.
• Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014 - Nominations announced.
• Friday, Jan. 10, 2014 - Final ballot on-line voting begins.
• Thursday, Feb. 6, 2014 at 5PM (PT) - Final ballot on-line voting ends.
• Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014 - Winners announced at the 18th Annual ADG Awards Banquet

Motion picture entries for 2013 are determined by the list published by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences.

Honorees for Lifetime Achievement, Cinematic Imagery and three new inductees into the Guild's Hall of Fame will be announced after Labor Day.

ADG Awards are open only to productions, when made within the U.S., by producers signatory to the IATSE agreement. Foreign entries are acceptable without restrictions.
