    Vidhi Shah
SAN FRANCISCO & NEW YORK --

Mekanism has brought Vidhi Shah on board as executive creative director. She will partner with chief creative officer Tommy Means to lead Mekanism as it seeks to deliver bold creativity spanning brand and performance marketing for the agency’s U.S. clients.

Mekanism is bolstering its creative leadership with the addition of Vidhi Shah as Executive Creative Director. With a 20-year creative career spanning the globe, numerous awards wins, and work for iconic global and national brands, she will partner with Chief Creative Officer Tommy Means to lead Mekanism in delivering bold creativity spanning brand and performance marketing – Soul & Science – for the agency’s U.S. clients.

Shah joins the agency from Havas New York, where she most recently was a group creative director working on brands including Wyndham Hotels and Wells Fargo. Previously, she spent six years at Huge in New York, after holding creative positions throughout the world, including at Publicis in Argentina and Singapore, Mother in Argentina, and McCann in Singapore. She has worked on brands such as Anheuser-Busch InBev, Coppertone, Renault Motors, HSBC and Mastercard, while bringing home awards from international festivals including Cannes Lions, Clios, Asia Pacific AdFest, Media Spikes and Argentine Creative Circle.

Shah, who has a 20-year creative career, has also served as a contributing editor for the pop culture magazine, Colors.

“As an industry, it’s an exciting time and it feels like we’re all on the brink of big change. Mekanism is bursting with the talent, ambition and full-stack capabilities to help brands show up in ways that are completely unexpected,” said Shah. “In an environment that changes every day, I am hyped to be working with an agency that has the smarts, the swagger and the spirit of an independent company, and I can’t wait for us to make that next creative breakthrough together.”

Means added, “Vidhi brings global perspective, unstoppable ideas and the infusion of energy we needed to turn up the volume on our creative output. Her ability to flex her skills across brands, markets and cultures will help us become a leading partner for brands in North America and beyond.”

Director Milo Blake Signs With PRETTYBIRD For U.K. Representation

    Tuesday, August 11, 2026

PRETTYBIRD has added director Milo Blake to its U.K. roster. He continues to be handled by Furlined for commercial representation in the U.S.

Blake is a British filmmaker, based in London, whose style and fascination with stories have been shaped by the cultural resonance of the city and the people within it. His eye for a set piece developed early, as whole worlds and universes built from his toys regularly took over the rooms of his childhood home. Inspired by the eclectic films in his parents’ DVD collection, that curiosity soon found a more permanent medium in filmmaking, sowing the seeds of a lifelong passion for film.

Coming up, he made his name in the U.K.’s alternative music scene through collaborations with artists such as Obongjayar, Rachel Chinouriri, Lava La Rue, Big Piig, Louis Culture and Lord Apex. His music video work has been screened and gained recognition at SXSW Festival, Oscar-qualifying film festivals like New Orleans and Rhode Island as well as the UKMVAs. His video for Oscar Jerome in 2025 won him a Vimeo Staff Pick. His hybrid feature concert film, All the Way From the Sun, documented Loyle Carner’s epic inaugural show at the Royal Albert Hall for his acclaimed album, “Hugo.”

In 2025, Blake’s film The Empty Seat for the Paralympics won a Clio for Social Good, Gold in the YDA commercial category, Best New Director at the Young Arrows, and received Silver and Bronze awards at Ciclope. Recent films include History is Calling for Puy du Fou España and Our House is Not a Home for the homelessness charity Shelter, which garnered a Wood Pencil at D&AD and a Silver at the British Arrows in 2026. Prior to joining PRETTYBIRD, Blake was repped in the U.K. ad market by... Read More
