Director Matt Pittroff has brought Brenna Mathers on board his Baltimore-based production house WorkingStiff as director of sales and new business development. Pittroff is bringing sales and production resources in-house at WorkingStiff which will handle all of his projects, a shift from the director’s past modus operandi which had him affiliating with national production companies. Mathers brings an agency pedigree to WorkingStiff, having served as director of production at HZ, a division of BCW, LLC which is under the WPP umbrella. There she helped build an in-house model designed to serve content needs for clients. Pittroff and his EP Steve Blair were drawn to Pittroff’s expertise, experience and agency POV. Now with Mathers spearheading business development, Pittroff and Blair can fully focus on creative collaboration with brands and clients.
