Steve Miller of @radical.media directed this spot which showcases a football team’s depth or lack thereof. A scrawny guy reports to the coach’s office, informed that he’s the new starting quarterback. Turns out the team is down to its sixth string QB because the first five signal callers have to stay at home to wait for an important package.
The fourth stringer then informs the coach about FedEx’s Deliver Manager, a service which narrows down the window of delivery or offers other options so folks can plan their days accordingly. The sixth stringer just talked his way out of a starting gig–and his understudy–who’s revealed to be a sr. citizen–has lost out on first backup status.
