We Are Unlimited's (l-r) Kat Dudkiewicz, Jimmy Dietzen, Christina "Tin" Sanchez and Josh Mizrachi.
    CHICAGO --

We Are Unlimited, part of Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC), continues to grow its creative team with four new hires: Christina “Tin” Sanchez as group creative director; creative partners Jimmy Dietzen and Josh Mizrachi as creative directors; and Kat Dudkiewicz as associate creative director. The quartet reports to Unlimited’s CCO, Toygar Bazarkaya.

Sanchez has been in the industry for 20 years and has worked at large agencies across the world including New York, London, Manila, Ho Chi Minh City, and Kuala Lumpur. Most recently, she was SVP, creative at DigitasLBi in New York. She gained global experience developing work for a variety of brands including Johnson & Johnson, Wrigley, and Unilever. Sanchez is also very accomplished, becoming one of the youngest executive creative directors in Asia at age 28, and winning numerous awards for creativity and effectiveness, most notably the Philippines’ first-ever Gold Cannes Lion.

Creative team Dietzen and Mizrachi come to Unlimited as creative directors. Earlier, the pair worked together at Leo Burnett where they helped launch the highly awarded “Mayhem” campaign for Allstate, and at BBDO Dietzen created the popular “Give Extra, Get Extra” campaign for Wrigley’s Extra Gum. Prior to joining Unlimited, the partners were VP/creative directors at Cramer-Krasselt developing creative for Pacifico Beer, Heinz, and BIC, among others. Dietzen and Mizrachi’s work has won at every major award show including Cannes, D&AD, The Effies, and The One Show.

Dudkiewicz has worked at agencies such as FCB New York, Droga5, Leo Burnett, and Crispin Porter + Bogusky, which is where she got her start working on Burger King, Domino’s, and Coke Zero. She joins Unlimited from Highfield in New York where she oversaw creative for Hilton Hotels and the Swedish clothing brand Gant. As one of the first employees at the start-up agency, Dudkiewicz helped create the agency’s first work, which was a social video series introducing Gant in the U.S.

Sanchez, Dietzen, Mizrachi and Dudkiewicz are the latest creative hires made by Bazarkaya. In March 2018 We Are Unlimited announced the hire of three creative teams: Chris Moreira and Mark Schöller; Augustus Sung and David Stevanov; and Kristen Manias and Allison Bulow. Unlimited’s creative for McDonald’s has generated buzz within the industry and received multiple plaudits including six Pencils, three of which were Yellow, at the D&AD Awards, and six Lions, one of which was a Gold, at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

“Sinners,” “Zootopia 2,” “Wicked: For Good” Among Top Film Honorees At Lumiere Awards

    Monday, February 9, 2026

The Advanced Imaging Society (AIS) has unveiled the winners of the 2026 Lumiere Awards, recognizing outstanding creative and technical achievements during its 16th annual celebration. The awards honor the artists, engineers, and innovators whose work continues to push the boundaries of storytelling and cinematic technology.

The annual Lumiere Awards luncheon was held today (2/9) at the Beverly Hills Hotel, welcoming more than 200 invited guests representing leading media, entertainment, and technology companies from Hollywood to Silicon Valley. The winners were selected by members of the Hollywood creative and technology community

Often described as the “Oscars for geeks,” the Lumiere Awards celebrate the growing role of technological innovation in expanding the possibilities of storytelling for audiences worldwide. “These Lumiere winners produced their brilliant stories by pushing the boundaries of what’s possible creatively and technically,” said Jim Chabin, president of the Advanced Imaging Society. “In these honorees we see our industry’s future--and that future is truly more exciting than ever.”

The Society awarded the Best Live Action Feature Film Lumiere Award to Warner Bros.’ multi-nominated Sinners, with Best Supporting Actor nominee Delroy Lindo on hand to present the award to producer Sev Ohanian. Additionally, several members of the Sinners sound team--Chris Welcker, Steve Boeddeker, and Benny Burtt--were present to accept the Lumiere for Best Audio for a Theatrical Film. Voters praised Sinners, calling it a brilliant and meaningful story, and noted that as a film, it was “perfectly executed.”

The Lumiere for Best Animated Feature Film went to Zootopia 2. Actor and... Read More
