Annual Road to Oscar Series
SHOOT is pleased to present our Annual The Road to Oscar 15-week Series leading up to the Academy Awards.  We’ll talk to Producers, Directors, Cinematographers, Writers, Editors, Production Designers, Visual Effects and Music & Sound artists, gaining insights into the challenges they faced on their Guild and Oscar-nominated films. Preview articles: assessments of Oscar prospects for nominees, as well as a look at trends in this year’s competition. Coverage of the winners will appear on SHOOTonline immediately following the Academy Awards on March 4th that are televised that evening. 

  • The Series will kick off with a special preview feature on October 27 and regular weekly installments will begin on November 17.
