American Cinema Editors (ACE), the honorary society of the world’s top film editors, has unveiled nominations for the 69th Annual ACE Eddie Awards recognizing outstanding editing in 11 categories of film, television and documentaries. 

Nominated for best edited dramatic feature are BlacKkKlansman, Bohemian Rhapsody, First Man, Roma and A Star is Born.

Up for best edited comedy feature are Crazy Rich Asians, Deadpool 2, The Favourite, Green Book and Vice.

On the television side, in the running for the Eddie Award for best edited comedy series for commercial TV are a pair of Atlanta episodes along with single installments of The Good Place and Portlandia.

Nominated in the comedy series for non-commercial TV category are episodes of Barry, Insecure, and two installments of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Contending for the Eddie in drama series for commercial TV are two episodes of Better Call Saul as well as single installments of The Americans and Killing Eve.

Nominations for best edited drama series for non-commercial TV are episodes of Bodyguard, Homecoming, Ozark and Westworld.
 
Winners will be revealed during ACE’s annual black-tie awards ceremony on Friday, Feb. 1, in the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton Hotel, and will be presided over by ACE President, Stephen Rivkin, ACE.  Final ballots open Jan. 11 and close on Jan. 21.
