Production house and entertainment partner m ss ng p eces has added Garrett Bradley to its live-action directorial roster for commercials and branded content. This marks her first roost for representation in the ad arena.

In 2017, Bradley’s short documentary Alone for The New York Times’ OpDocs was shortlisted for an Academy Award, and won numerous honors including the Sundance Jury Prize. This year Bradley’s most recent film America premiered at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival, kicking off a national tour. A recipient of the Sundance Art of Nonfiction Fellowship, Bradley has been recognized by Creative Capital, Art Matters, The Ford Foundation, The MacArthur Foundation and The Warhol Foundation.

Bradley also directed an episode of OWN’s Queen Sugar under executive producer Ava DuVernay.

“Garrett has a strength and vulnerability to her work that is stunningly magnetic. She’s got a singular vision, and one that we all need in 2019,” said Kate Oppenheim, managing partner at m ss ng p eces.

Bradley’s short films and feature-length projects have exhibited internationally at museums, festivals and platforms including The Getty Museum, The Hammer Museum, The Sundance Film Festival, The Tribeca Film Festival, Festival du Nouveau Cinema Montreal, The Rotterdam Film Festival, DokuFest, Norwegian Film Festival, Nantucket Film Festival, Rooftop Films, The New Orleans Film Festival, The LA Film Festival, Hot Docs, SXSW, The US Embassy Tel Aviv, The New York Times OpDocs, and Field of Vision.
