Bicoastal production partner m ss ng p eces has added director Jon Jon “JJ” Augustavo to its roster for commercial, branded content and music video representation in the U.S. He had previously been repped by production house Knucklehead.

A first-generation Filipino-American filmmaker from Seattle, Augustavo has an innate cinematic talent and an authenticity in his storytelling. He is known for his viral music video projects with Macklemore (“Thrift Shop,” “Same Love,” and “Can’t Hold Us”), as well as Shawn Mendes, Nipsey Hussle, Mike Posner, Schoolboy Q, Jay Park, Eric Nam, Kygo, Afrojack, and others. Augustavo’s music video work has garnered over 3 billion combined YouTube views, and received accolades from the MTV Music Video Awards, the Grammys, the BET Awards, the UK Music Video Awards, and the Much Music Awards.

As a commercial director, Augustavo has partnered with international brands including Adidas, Jordan, Taco Bell, Jeep, Sony PlayStation, Puma, Verizon and Samsung.
