NYC-based audio studio Sonic Union has brought Mary Kate Valentino on board as head of client relations. Working across Sonic Union’s Union Square and Bryant Park locations, Valentino will serve as a liaison between the studios’ slate of talent and its clients across advertising, entertainment and experiential. Valentino previously served as head of production at NYC-based audio post shop HOBO. She joined HOBO as an intern, snagging a promotion as an assistant producer role after only two months. In her five-year tenure with the audio shop, she developed a holistic perspective on the business, steadily building her swiss army knife suite of skills, learned hands-on while balancing multiple roles. As head of production, she split her time between creative production and business development roles, working as a centralized link between the talent, clients and daily operations of the studio. Projects highlights included working as the supervising audio post producer on the feature documentary Susanne Bartsch: On Top, the A&E feature documentary Jonestown: The Women Behind the Massacre and the VR film Anatomy of Ski as well as supervising the original music composition for Anatomy of Surf, both for the Samsung 837 space. Valentino also took opportunities to lead casting for on and off camera talent, oversee music supervision and composition as well as stepping in to direct recording sessions.....

Founded in Tel Aviv, Israel, eTribez has Bookstaver heading up its L.A. office and servicing the company’s extensive client base located across the U.S. Over the course of his 20-plus years in international television and format distribution, Bookstaver has held a series of senior sales positions at leading entertainment industry companies. From 2016 -2018, Bookstaver was SVP, alternative programming sales, for Lionsgate. From 2015-’16, he was VP, international distribution for dick clark productions, inc., and before that served as SVP/head of Americas for Shine International. Between 2010 and 2014, Bookstaver was SVP, international sales with Eyeworks International Distribution. Bookstaver also held executive posts with King World Productions/CBS Enterprises, as VP, sales, and Alfred Haber Distribution, as director, international sales....
