Leah Joyce

Production and management company Anonymous Content has tapped Leah Joyce as head of sales for its U.K. office. Joyce will work directly with Anonymous Content U.K.’s managing director and executive producer Tor Fitzwilliams to offer the U.K. access to its talent pool of directors including: Alejandro G. Iñárritu, Autumn de Wilde, Bardia Zeinali, Mark Romanek, Olivia Wilde, Patrick Daughters, thirtytwo, and Tim Godsall. Joyce comes to Anonymous Content U.K. from MindsEye, where as head of sales, she nurtured the production company’s existing talent and identified fresh voices, while deepening her relationships with commercial creatives and agency producers. While there, Joyce also oversaw the launch of the company’s music video department. Prior to MindsEye, Joyce spent five years at Academy Films, with the last two as head of the music video department. In that role, she was responsible for seeking out fresh talent. She signed many notable talents for Academy, including Ian Pons Jewell, Savanah Leaf and Nadia Lee Cohen. Joyce also worked closely with directors Us, Seb Edwards and Marcus Soderlund, and oversaw videos produced for artists including Rudimental, Hozier, Jon Hopkins, Mura Masa and Jack White....

Light Iron, a provider of innovative postproduction creative services and part of Panavision’s end-to-end offerings for content creators, has hired Ian Kerner as VP of business development. Kerner works out of Light Iron’s Los Angeles facility. Reporting to and working closely with Katie Fellion, SVP of business development and postproudction strategy at Light Iron, Kerner oversees global sales and business development and new market strategies. He will also strategically align sales efforts with Panavision to maximize the value proposition of the companies’ shared production-to-post offerings. Kerner brings nearly 20 years of postproduction sales experience to Light Iron. He previously worked in director and VP roles at LaserPacific, Modern VideoFilm, Mad Old Nut Productions and, most recently, Technicolor....
