Lauren Holmes, Final Cut's director of West Coast and U.K. sales

Creative production company DECON has teamed up with Open Season for East Coast sales representation. Open Season is a talent representation company started by Jenn Johnson, based in New York City. Johnson’s current roster also includes Artjail, Identity, Minted Content, and Music & Strategy. Johnson has over a decade of experience in the advertising space, launching her career on the agency side as a producer at JWT before shifting to sales for production and post shops including Tool of North America, @radical.media, B-Reel, Click 3X and Music & Strategy....

International edit house Final Cut has named Lauren Holmes as director of West Coast and U.K. sales. Holmes made her return to the U.S. earlier this year after seven years in London, where she served as a directors’ rep and later head of sales at Stink London. Upon her return, she teamed up with Ready Set founder Lisa Sabatino Lange. Now, with her extensive experience and strong connections in London and a quick grasp of the Los Angeles landscape, she will serve Final Cut on the West Coast and in the U.K. Final Cut and its roster of editors, sound designers and visual effects artists (via Significant Others) will continue to be represented by Denise Blate Roederer’s RHODA on the East Coast, and Doug Stephen & Partners in the Midwest....

Craig Abrams has joined VidOvation as director of business development. In that role, Abrams will be a major contributor to the company’s growing North American sales team serving the broadcast, sports, government, AV, enterprise, and house of worship markets. Abrams comes to VidOvation from Integrated Microwave Technologies (IMT), where he served as broadcast sales director for IMT’s Nucomm brand of advanced digital microwave video systems for the broadcast market. In that capacity, Abrams handled sales to and relationships with networks, station groups, individual television stations, production companies, distribution outlets, and system integrators throughout the U.S. Prior to IMT, Abrams held similar executive sales positions at companies specializing in microwave, satellite, and fiber transmission for broadcast television....
