Creative advertising and digital experience company Stink Studios has promoted Jacinte Faria to managing director in its Los Angeles office. Faria was brought aboard in 2015 to help open the L.A. office, building the studio’s infrastructure and hiring key team members. Starting as executive producer, she was promoted to director of production and now managing director. Faria is best known for her work on acclaimed projects including WeTransfer’s “You Make, We Transfer,” as well as award-winning sites, apps, campaigns, and films for major brands including Google, Adult Swim, Netflix, McDonald’s, GE, and Facebook. Before Stink Studios, she gained experience at such agencies as FutureBrand, TAXI, B-Reel and ACNE. Her roster of awards includes FWAs, Cannes Lions, One Show Pencils, D&AD Pencils, and Webbys. Faria’s first project as Stink Studios’ managing director will be spearheading the release of the studio’s work with SERRA, a luxury cannabis brand launching in the L.A. market.  As Stink Studios pushes forward with aggressive expansion plans, Faria will also work closely with co-managing directors Erica Kung and Nate Skinner in New York, as well as future leadership in San Francisco and Buenos Aires to ensure that all of Stink Studios’ American offices are working in service of its growing client roster....

Boulder, Colo.-based creative agency Fortnight Collective is promoting Devin Reiter, currently executive director of partnership development, to chief marketing officer, a newly created role at the shop. Reiter will be responsible for growing the agency, both by sourcing new business and establishing new capabilities and offerings. He will also oversee a number of Fortnight Collective’s clients. He will report to Andy Nathan, founder and CEO. Additionally Leslie Maddocks will be joining Fortnight Collective as head of operations where she will oversee agency operations, as well as new business and client management. Aside from spearheading operational strategy, Maddocks will also set out to build Fortnight Collective’s talent and culture. In this new role for the agency, she will report to both Nathan and Reiter. Reiter has been a part of the Fortnight Collective team since joining in August 2019. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, having worked at several advertising agencies. Reiter was a VP, managing director at Crispin Porter + Bogusky where he was responsible for business development, helping to drive overall growth for the Boulder office, while managing the agency’s accounts like Domino’s, Kraft, and Infiniti. He was previously an EVP, executive account director at McCann. Throughout his career he has worked with various world class brands, including American Express, Microsoft, United States Postal Service, and Verizon. Prior to joining Fortnight Collective, Maddocks served as the head of community relations at Access Opportunity, a college and career prep organization, where she spent two years supporting low-income students. Prior, she was a director of talent and accounts at Victors & Spoils. She also held strategy roles at The Active Network, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Motorola, and DDB. Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of brands including Budweiser, Old Navy, and Microsoft....
