Music industry executive Jonathan Firstenberg has launched REP, a company designed to serve as a sales representation solution for independent music publishers and indie music catalog/asset owners, affording them access to increased revenues via film, TV, advertising, digital, broadcast and non-broadcast placements and sales. REP is comprised of a pool of experienced, independent sales and licensing representatives, including: Firstenberg, a three-time Daytime Emmy Award winner (General Hospital, Guiding Light, Santa Barbara) for Outstanding Music Supervision and Composition, and founder of 3Ear Music Group, which specializes in the representation, valuation and negotiation of purchase and sale, investment and partnership agreements for music publishing, writers, and master rights; Daniel Lepervanche who’s worked with all levels of industry executives, managers and creative departments on projects with major film studios, trailer houses, advertising agencies, video game publishers and TV production companies in the creation of trailers, commercials, films, TV series and digital campaigns; Lily Reszi Rothman who’s connected with record labels, production houses, and advertising agencies to place music from a range of artists--including both up-and-coming and world-renowned--in film, TV, commercials, video games, podcasts, and more; and Steve Morgan, a content strategist and partnership relations executive with 25+ years of leadership experience at the intersection of technology, content distribution, entertainment, and brands. Earlier in his career, Morgan held a number of roles within Warner Music Group, including, creative director, international TV/film & video game licensing (Rhino Entertainment) and artist & repertoire associate director, domestic licensing (Warner Special Products).....

TVU Networks, known for cloud and IP-based live video solutions, has brought Eduardo Solana on board as sales director for Latin America and the Caribbean. Based in Mexico, he is an industry veteran who is widely known in the territory and will provide strategy and leadership to the company’s regional team. Solana joins TVU Networks after 23 years with Avid Technology where he led Latin American business efforts. At TVU, Solana will be responsible for the entire region except Brazil where Eduardo Mune remains sales director. Francisco Aguayo, sales manager for South Latin America, will report to Solana....
