Directing team Impossible Brief, consisting of directors/designers James Zwadlo and Chris Levett, has joined Believe Media for worldwide representation. Already well-known in the burgeoning NFT space, Impossible Brief encompasses talents which span art, design, film and photography, and includes work for music artists The Chainsmokers and Coldplay. Impossible Brief recently gained international attention when its collaboration with Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback Patrick Mahomes broke the record for the highest grossing NFT drop by an athlete. The directorial duo recently signed a deal with baseball star Fernando Tatis Jr. and have plans to expand into music NFTs as well. Impossible Brief is also on the cusp of launching its own high-end crypto fashion brand, Overpriced....

Marco D’Angelo has launched Impossible Studios, a Toronto-based production company. D’Angelo previously worked as a director and producer at telecom giant Rogers as part of its in-house creative group. While at Rogers, he produced and directed national broadcast spots for some of Rogers’ largest clients, including the NHL, Walmart, President’s Choice, Hometown Hockey, and Unilever. It’s this experience of frequently working client-direct, outside the typical production company framework, along with his perspective on keeping production lean, that D’Angelo is leveraging with Impossible Studios, which opens with a talent roster that includes: directors Kyle Topping, Iris Kim, Michael Stuckless, Jerome Riel, Matthew Parrish and Michael Rae, and cinematographer Tomasz Kurek, photographers Paul Bolasco and Ryan Nangreaves....

NY-based integrated creative studio Consulate has promoted Chinwe Chong to editor on the heels of “An Ode” for apparel brand AwakeNY, a striking piece made in homage to Black women. She also recently completed “The Audacity of Blackness,” an inspiring and poetic film campaign for Cadillac via Spike DDB. Working her way up the ranks at Consulate since 2011, Chong spent a year as a receptionist before moving to client services, to night apprentice, and then on to an assistant editor. Chong has displayed her instinctual, intimate style in work for Elizabeth & James, Lenscrafters, Ralph Lauren, Olay, and Clairol....
