Boulder, Colo.-based creative agency Vermilion transitions ownership from local mainstay and community philanthropist Bob Morehouse to the shop’s longstanding leadership team consisting of Susan Touchette Aust, Thaddeus Napp and Sarah Halle. The sale was for an undisclosed amount. After nearly 20 years as an account director for the agency, Aust is named partner, CEO. Napp becomes partner, strategy after 12 years at Vermilion and will continue to lead strategy and positioning for the agency. Halle has been creative director at Vermilion since 2019 and is named partner, creative. Morehouse will continue to be involved in the business as an advisor with the newly created role of founder. After 42 years, Certified B Corp Vermilion has built deep roots with clients making a positive impact. From equality and mental health leaders like The Gill Foundation and Caring for Denver Foundation to conservation and sustainability champions like Leave No Trace to socially conscious CPG brands like jack & annie’s, Vermilion’s dedication to do good is reflected by the organizations it serves....

Harbor has broken ground on building a complete postproduction studio spread across three floors in the Turnmill building in London’s Farringdon. The studio will offer end-to-end postproduction--dailies, offline editorial, picture finishing, sound post, ADR, and screening theaters. At the same time Harbor will continue to offer dailies and screening services from its Windsor locations to support clients based at the studios west of London. Harbor continues to maintain studios in NY and L.A. Harbor’s London studio is slated to open in summer of 2022. Harbor has already established itself in the U.K. market, offering dailies to assorted productions including The Midnight Sky, Venom 2: Let There Be Carnage, The Great Season 2, The Northman and Invasion...

Hybrid production company and artist management agency Jelly, with bases of operation in the U.S. and U.K. has expanded further into Europe with the opening of a studio in Hamburg, Germany, which opens up opportunities to connect its international talent with clients throughout Europe including creative hubs such as Paris, Barcelona and Amsterdam. Jelly Europe will be headed up by German-speaking Leslie Ellen Poole, a producer with nearly 15 years in the industry across creative production and art buying. Her previous agency and production experience spans such shops as adam&eveDDB, Anomaly, The Corner, Philipp und Keuntje, KNSK, and Kolle Rebbe....
