Los Angeles-based agency Dailey has hired Susannah Laracy to serve in the newly created role of chief strategy officer. Laracy is the latest leadership hire in the wake of Dailey reclaiming its independence last year from holding agency IPG. In addition to overseeing strategy for Dailey’s clients, including Honda Powersports, Carnation Breakfast Essentials and Dole, Laracy will continue to evolve and sharpen Dailey’s Brand Soul philosophy to connect with consumers on things that they value. Most recently strategic planning director with Pitch, Laracy has more than 15 years of planning experience spanning multiple categories from automotive to packaged goods to beauty. She has developed communications for brands such as Lexus, Neutrogena, Masterfoods, Nestle and Pennzoil at agencies including TBWA/Chiat/Day, McCann-Erickson, DDB NY and Team One....
