Tucker Bliss has joined the directorial roster of 1stAveMachine on the heels of wrapping his documentary and upcoming Vimeo Staff Pick, Monster Factory. His work spans the commercial, music video and film spectrum. The Brooklyn-based Bliss has turned out projects for the likes of Vice, Lucky Charms, the band Hooray for Earth, Google, Samsung, Squarespace, Bumble, Sperry, Microsoft, and Chinese beer giant Tsingtao....

Radke Films has added director Ed McCulloch to its roster for exclusive representation in Canada. He continues to be handled in the U.S. by Fancy Content, McCulloch’s body of work spans such brands as Lincoln Motor Company, Tim Horton’s, Nike, Panasonic and The History Channel...

Sydney, Australia and Los Angeles-based virtual reality studio Start VR has brought on Ela Topcuoglu in the new role of development executive and producer, based out of its L.A. office. She will develop strategic partnerships and increasing business development in the heart of the entertainment and film industry. This hire comes on the heels of the VR studio’s signing to talent agency UTA, to bolster its U.S. presence and continue to secure partnerships with high-profile talent that will amplify the production of both original and branded cinematic VR content. Start VR is headed by CEO Kain Tietzel. Topcuoglu will assist with the production of Start VR’s upcoming original VR project Awake, an interactive cinematic VR experience that will be shot in Los Angeles and Seattle and feature top-tier creative talent. She comes to Start VR from Jaunt VR where she supported the CEO, CFO and head of corporate strategy in developing partnerships with content providers....
