Summer Forecast For D.C.: Crowded Industry Lobby

It appears that once the dust has settled on President Bush's tax-cut package, the filmmaking and post community will begin to lobby vigorously in Congress for legislative relief, including tax reform, to address such issues as runaway production and the transition to digital television.
