Casting Society (CSA) has unveiled the film nominees for the 39th Artios Awards, which honor the contributions of casting professionals in film, television, theatre and commercials. The winners will be revealed on Thursday, March 7, with celebrations taking place on that day in Los Angeles at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, in New York City at the Edison Ballroom, and in London at a venue to be named.
The nominees in the big budget-drama category are The Color Purple, Maestro, Killers of the Flower Moon, Oppenheimer and Saltburn.
Nominated in big budget-comedy category are: Air, Are You There God? It’s Me Margaret, Asteroid City, Cocaine Bear and Wonka.
CSA previously announced that acclaimed writer, director and producer Ava DuVernay will be presented with the Lynn Stalmaster Award for Career Achievement during the ceremony.
