It’s a legitimate study which substantiates a major problem regarding non-transparent, damaging business practices.

It’s a flawed study as reflected in the 4A’s response which called the research anonymous, inconclusive and one-sided.

Whether flawed or legitimate, the study should spark a discussion regarding ethical and unethical business practices.
