Sibling Rivalry Films has added Nick Jasenovec to its directorial roster for U.S. representation spanning commercials and branded content. Jasenovec is already at work on his first project with Sibling.

His debut feature, Paper Heart, won the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival. He followed that up with his documentary short, Para Fuera, which premiered at Sundance and subsequently took home both a Silver Pencil and the Cannes Young Director Award.

“Even though I had no idea what I was doing at the time, the approach I developed on Paper Heart has informed every project I’ve been involved with since. I like to keep things loose and fun, experiment, and push the creative as far as we can,” said Jasenovec.

Jasenovec’s ad work includes spots for such brands as Google, Nike, Axe, ESPN, AT&T, YouTube, Ford, EA, Sony PlayStation, FedEx and Microsoft. He was previously repped in the advertising market by production company Gifted Youth.

In addition to his film and commercial credits, Jasenovec’s long-form television credits include episodes of Last Man On Earth, New Girl and Broad City.
