    Alicia Farren
    LONDON --

Merman Branded has brought Alicia Farren aboard as head of production. Farren, who has worked in TV commercial production spanning a period of over 20 years, will be working alongside EPs Siobhan Murphy and Spencer Dodd across all aspects of film production deliverables from TV to branded entertainment, socials, stills and promos.

Farren comes with a wealth of experience having previously held the role of head of production at Moxie Pictures. She has overseen campaigns for clients such as Virgin Media, McCains, Aldi, Expedia and Nike. She has also produced on a freelance basis for the likes of Somesuch, Caviar, OB, Pulse and Stink among others. Over the years, she has formed strong working relationships with agencies and directors alike, establishing trust and collaborating creatively on each and every brief along the way.

Her previous experience saw her produce with the likes of Psyop, Emil Nava, Henry Schofield, and Big Red Button as well as Merman’s Guy Manwaring, MJ Delaney, director duo BARBARA and Vaughan Arnell. In a twist of fate, Farren began her career as a professional dancer appearing in Vaughan’s iconic “Rock DJ” music video for Robbie Williams. Now, working alongside Vaughan at Merman feels like a full-circle moment, blending her past experiences with her present-day role in the industry.

Farren said, “The head of production at Merman is a dream role. Having worked with the company over the years as a freelance producer, I’ve always admired the creativity and dynamism that define Merman. The opportunity to step into a leadership role here, collaborating with the talented roster of directors that Merman has nurtured, is incredibly exciting. There’s an infectious energy in the office that makes it such a unique and inspiring place to work, and I’m thrilled to have been given the opportunity to contribute to its continued success.”

Murphy said, “We are seriously over the moon Alicia has joined us at Merman. Having known her in the industry for an ‘unmentionable’ number of years we highly appreciate her wealth of experience, diligent producing, calm demeanor and natural people skills. She knows our directors well, having produced for a number of them already, so it feels like the perfect fit for 2025 and thereafter. She is the cherry on top of the icing on the cake for Merman Branded.”

Michael Brady named president of gaming at Brothers & Sisters

    Wednesday, August 5, 2026

Michael Brady, the gaming entrepreneur, investor and co-founder of Bede Gaming, is joining Brothers & Sisters as president of gaming. The hire comes as agency Brothers & Sisters seeks to capitalize on new opportunities in entertainment as streaming, sport and gaming converge.

With 26+ years of experience in online gaming, Brady brings a combination of entrepreneurial experience, strategic insight and deep sector expertise to his new role, which involves driving Brothers & Sisters’ gaming sector expertise globally.

Brady began his career in 2000 with Cashcade, the pioneering company behind the highly successful Foxy Bingo brand, before going on to found and scale multiple businesses across gaming, technology and marketing.

In 2012, he co-founded Bede Gaming and built it into a leading industry technology platform before successfully exiting the business in 2020. He was also a founding shareholder in Rocket9, the specialist gaming marketing agency acquired by LeoVegas in 2018.

Alongside his operational career, Brady has invested in high-growth businesses across gaming, healthcare, fashion and fintech. He currently serves as chairman of Bede Gaming and The Conexus Group

Brady is the latest in a series of high-profile industry “insiders” to join Brothers & Sisters to share their expert industry knowledge. He joins former Sky Sports marketing director and chairman of British Cycling Robert Tansey, who joined as chairman of B&S Sports Club as the agency’s “insider” for sport and streaming. B&S MD Steph Hobart joined the agency in 2025 from Candy Crush where she was head of brand and is the agency’s expert on social gaming.
