Production company IMPOSTER has added executive producer Mercedes Allen Sarria, who placed second in The One Showโs ranking of design EPs last year. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in commercial production, immersive experiential marketing, and emerging technologies, as well as an eye for identifying and nurturing talent.
She joins the IMPOSTER team from Tool where she was an EP of live action. Prior, she honed her skills at Unicorns and Unicorns, focusing on both live action and experiential; HELO, where she executive produced the Cannes Lion-winning Coors Light โChillboardsโ for DDB; and Biscuit Filmworks, where she helped to create an immersive exhibition from the set of the DGA-winning commercial, โEmilyโs Oz.โ The exhibit was inducted into the Smithsonian Museum and attended by Barack Obama.
Now at IMPOSTER, she will oversee both live action and immersive projects. She will apply her extensive background to drive cutting-edge work, strengthen the production companyโs partnerships with agencies and clients alike, and leverage her L.A. base to aid in the expansion of its West Coast footprint.
