The community, a global creative agency, has appointed Harry Román-Torres as its chief strategy officer. Based in New York, Román-Torres will lead the shop’s global strategy team.
Román-Torres shared his perspective on this new chapter, saying, “I’ve spent the past year and a half as a consultant, working with great partners and building meaningful relationships. But I’ve realized: impact is never a solo act. Big ideas need the muscle of a collective to bring them to life, and ambitious ideas require shared purpose. Román-Torres brings over 20 years of experience, including more than a decade at Droga5, where he rose to co-chief strategy officer, and past roles at Google and Leo New York. His work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, D&AD, and the Effie Awards.
In his new role, Román-Torres will oversee the community’s strategic offerings and products, including the agency’s Cultural Intelligence Hub, an always-on insights mining and provocation engine.
