GUT Miami has hired Justin Enderstein as executive creative director. He will oversee the Kraft Heinz, Progressive and Vital Farms accounts. Enderstein comes over from FCB where he was SVP, exec creative director. There his work for the City of Chicago helped FCB win Network of the Year distinction at Cannes Lions for the first time.
Juan Javier Peña Plaza, GUT Miami’s chief creative officer, said, “At GUT, we’re obsessed with making brave work that earns its place in culture and Justin is the kind of creative who lives and breathes that mission–I’ve been jealous of his work for a while. His ability to lead teams toward boundary-pushing ideas, combined with commitment to craft and mentorship, makes him the perfect addition to help lead our creative team. Justin’s track record of fearless, resonant work is exactly what we look for at GUT, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him on board.”
Prior to FCB, Enderstein helped Ogilvy Cape Town win its first-ever Grand Prix at Cannes with the AB InBev campaign “Soccer Song for Change.” His work has also been featured on Super Bowl Sundays, and garnered Titanium at Cannes and Black Pencil honors at D&AD.
Enderstein is deeply committed to guiding and mentoring the next generation of creative talent while striving to make great work with great people.
