Noble People has appointed Nitin Sinha as head of media planning and Anna Rosenblatt as head of strategy. The hires mark a major step forward for the rapidly growing agency as it continues to push the boundaries of creative, data-driven media.
As head of media planning, Sinha will oversee a quickly growing team of media planners, charged with delivering rigorous yet creative media plans that break away from the repetitive patterns of the media industry. As head of strategy, Rosenblatt will lead the growth and evolution of Noble People’s strategic offering, driving future-forward thinking to deliver innovative media solutions and impactful business outcomes for clients.

Sinha brings deep media expertise and global experience to his role as head of media planning. A seasoned media industry leader with a background at Ogilvy, Essence, and most recently Wasserman, Sinha has worked across all media channels with clients ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 brands including Google and NBC Universal. He is best known for building high-performing teams that deliver measurable, creatively differentiated media strategies, and he excels at navigating the clutter of the media industry, translating complex work for C-Suite audiences.
Rosenblatt joins Noble People with 15+ years of experience spanning marketing strategy, innovation, analytics, and management consulting. She has worked at the intersection of consumers and culture with brands across travel, CPG, food & beverage, luxury, beauty, technology, retail, energy, healthcare, and financial services, including American Airlines, Bank of America, and Chanel. Most recently, she served as managing partner, group strategy director at EssenceMediacom. Rosenblatt has also held strategy and analytics leadership roles at Sparks & Honey, Havas Media, and Digitas.
