Global creative production agency group Wellcom has hired industry veteran Luke Hammersley as its first global growth director, tasked with further accelerating the agency’s continued international expansion. Reporting directly to global CEO David Bridges in New York, Hammersley will spearhead the evolution of Wellcom’s technology-enabled content and production offerings, ensuring the agency remains ahead of the industry as brands demand increasingly complex, scaled production solutions. He began his career with a decade of consulting at EY and Capgemini delivering large-scale business transformation, before moving into advertising. In 2005, he founded Zebra Worldwide, a tech-forward global content agency that later became part of CreativeDrive following an acquisition roll-up by Bertram Capital. Hammersley served as CEO of CreativeDrive EMEA and on the global leadership team through the company’s sale to Accenture Song. Most recently, he has advised global brands on modern content strategy and operating models….
