Sarah Hodges will join UKG as chief marketing officer on January 6. Hodges will report to UKG president, GTM, Rachel Barger, and lead brand awareness and creative experiences, product and industry marketing, field marketing, and customer advocacy and digital customer experiences. Headquartered in Lowell, Mass., UKG is a provider of HR, payroll, workforce management, and culture solutions. Hodges has been CMO at Procore Technologies where she was responsible for the development of the strategic marketing plan and execution of all marketing activities globally. Prior to Procore, Hodges held various roles at multinational software company Autodesk, including general manager of ShotGrid, the companyโs cloud-based production planning solution, and VP of product management for its Media and Entertainment portfolio.
