    Station Film has entered into a partnership with management company Golden Owl for East Coast representation. Station’s team–led by founding partners Stephen Orent and Caroline Gibney–will work closely with Golden Owl partners Katrin Aul and Katie Goldstein who will leverage their expertise managing cross-disciplinary talent to source new opportunities for Station’s roster of award-winning directors. Both Aul and Goldstein have successful track records in talent management and sales with artists from both established and emerging production, postproduction and music companies. In addition to Orent and Gibney, Station’s team includes executive producers Francesco Soru and Anthony Rescigno in New York and Lindsey Neyman in Los Angeles. The company’s recent work includes a PSA for Phone-Free Schools Movement and a campaign for NYX Professional Makeup featuring influencer Corporate Natalie….

    Commercial production and post company Bella has signed a representation agreement with Dee Rymer Rivard and Lisa Gimenez, the principals of Blush Creative + Lisa G. & Co. Together, Rymer Rivard and Gimenez now represent Bella’s talents on the U.S. West Coast. Launched in 2023 as a stand-alone company after seven prolific years of development under the auspices of Fivestone Studios, Bella is the exclusive home for directors Alex Maxwell, Anthony Pellino, Em Marie, Jeremy Liebovitch, and Robert Adamo. Editors Brandon Roten, Christian Whittemore, Jonathan Rogers, Ken Conrad, and Tim Moore also expand Bella’s capabilities exponentially. Over the past several months, Bella and its managing partner David Perry have been making high-level moves and investments aimed at positioning the company globally–both in the talent represented and in the work being produced.     Havas has acquired a majority stake in Gauly Advisors (“Gauly”), a leading corporate and financial communications firm based in Germany. Gauly will join H/Advisors, Havas’s global strategic communications consultancy. This acquisition strengthens the group’s advisory platform across Germany, the wider DACH region and Europe, combining deep expertise and experience to better serve clients. It also reinforces H/Advisors’ leadership in strategic and financial communications across major international financial centers.
