    BERLIN --

Havas has acquired a majority stake in Gauly Advisors (“Gauly”), a leading corporate and financial communications firm based in Germany. Gauly will join H/Advisors, Havas’s global strategic communications consultancy. This acquisition strengthens the group’s advisory platform across Germany, the wider DACH region and Europe, combining deep expertise and experience to better serve clients. It also reinforces H/Advisors’ leadership in strategic and financial communications across major international financial centers. Established in 2012, Gauly is an advisor to leading international companies, providing strategic and communications counsel to both listed and privately held businesses, from large caps to SMEs. Operating under its new name, H/Advisors Gauly, the firm becomes part of the H/Advisors global organization, which brings together more than 1,500 professionals across 20 countries. Gauly’s management will retain a significant equity stake in the company, ensuring continuity and long-term commitment from its leadership team. Equity partners Marcus Brans, Alexander Cordes, Sandra Fabian, Vanessa Haumberger, Helge Hoffmeister and Andreas Martin will continue to lead the firm and play an integral role within H/Advisors. Gauly’s transition from a trusted partner to a full member of the H/Advisors global network unlocks access to enhanced resources while significantly strengthening H/Advisors’ position in Germany, alongside its existing agency H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt, expanding its capabilities in financial and corporate communications, crisis and issues management, public affairs, corporate performance, and change and transformation. Together, H/Advisors Gauly and H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt will provide full geographic coverage of the German market, with offices in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, and Berlin. In addition, Gauly will work closely with H/Advisors’ partners in Zurich and Vienna to deliver seamless support across the DACH region and further strengthen H/Advisors’ public affairs expertise in Brussels. Collectively, these strengths will further enhance H/Advisors’ global advisory platform, offering clients broader expertise, integrated capabilities, and a stronger strategic proposition across key European markets and beyond….

Modern Post adds editor Troy Charbonnet

    Thursday, December 11, 2025

Editor Troy Charbonnet has joined postproduction studio Modern Post. His diverse body of work spans advertising, music, and culture-driven narratives, including collaborations with Apple, Spotify, Mercedes-Benz, Adidas, and Nike. Charbonnet also edits for top musical artists, most notably crafting the visual cut for Silk Sonic’s (the superduo of Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak) “Leave the Door Open,” which earned the MTV VMA for Best Editing.

“We’ve been following Troy’s work for a while; he has consistently proven that he is able to tap into his creative approach and bring a unique perspective and understanding to each project. As soon as we connected, it was clear that he would be a perfect fit for our growing roster,” s aid Modern Post executive producer Andrew Illson.

Charbonnet has infused his balance of bold stylistic instinct and invisible, story-first precision to projects such as Harry Styles’ “Love On Tour, Forever,” a concert-driven love letter to fans. Additional work includes projects for Sabrina Carpenter, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Tems, and Tate McRae, each shaped by Charbonnet’s instinct for emotional progression and rhythmic detail.

Originally from Irvine, Calif., Charbonnet began experimenting with stop-motion videos, short films, and homemade music videos at a young age, shaping an early understanding of movement, pacing, and performance. He received his BFA in film production from Chapman University and has been editing professionally since 2017, building a multidisciplinary body of work rooted in both experimentation and restraint.

“Modern Post stood out to me because of its roster of editors, people whose work has inspired me for some time. There’s a real sense of innovation, experimentation, and... Read More
