    BURBANK, Calif. --

FILMLOOK MEDIA & POST, which is celebrating its  25th anniversary this month, is collaborating with music artist and Sufi visionary Imran Raza and his Sufi music sister projects–Sonic Ashtanga and Sirens of Dionysus–to co-produce a new music franchise library “Awakening of Dionysus,” a collection of music, music videos, docu-series, and short films.

The first project to be produced under the “Awakening of Dionysus” label will be the music video “RISE !!!” Raza has worked with three-time Grammy Award-winning producer Anton Pukshansky (Santana’s “Supernatural,” Korn, Ozamatli’s “Street Signs”) since 2007, creating music for the project featuring legendary musicians from both South Asia and the West including Sanam Marvi, Mekaal Hasan, Slash and Matt Sorum of Guns N’ Roses, members of Jane’s Addiction, Quiet Riot, and Ozamatli. “RISE !!!” features Raza’s music project Sirens of Dionysus and marks the directorial debut of renowned fashion photographer Ash Gupta, whose work regularly appears in Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ and Elle.

FILMLOOK MEDIA & POST is no stranger to collaborating with music icons and most recently worked on Van Halen’s “Tattoo” music video directed by David Lee Roth which received over two-million hits when it was released on YouTube. Other clients include Prince, ELO, the Rolling Stones, Eminem, Alicia Keyes, and the Jonas Brothers.

FILMLOOK co-founder Robert Faber was responsible for creating and producing the award-winning broadcast quality post-production process FILMLOOK that has been used by major studios including Disney, ESPN, HBO, and Warner Bros. Television. Under the FILMLOOK banner Faber also patented the 24-frame progressive video camera.  At the time, this new cutting age technology was licensed to the Sony Corporation and for the cameras used (HDW-F900 24P) for Lucasfilm Ltd. to film Star Wars – Episode 2.

Since then, Faber’s patent has been licensed to such major brands as ARRI, Canon, Casio, Fuji, Hitachi, Ikegami, Iconix, JVC, Nikon, Panasonic, Pentax, Sony and Thomson.

In 1992, the Academy of Television Arts & Science bestowed FILMLOOK Inc. with the prestigious award for Outstanding Achievement in Engineering Development.

Always on the cutting edge of technology, the company expanded its services, and in 2010 changed its name to FILMLOOK MEDIA & POST which has subsequently become one of the leading post houses offering full postproduction services for clients in the film and television industry.  Located in the heart of the Burbank media district, the company’s 4,500 square foot facility currently offers clients the latest state-of-the-art color correction system, Baselight from FILMLIGHT.

Its extensive client roster includes the major cable and broadcast networks such as Disney, ESPN, Discovery Channel and HBO, to name a few.

In addition, FILMLOOK’s production arm – C2 Entertainment – under the leadership of Filmlook co-founder, president  Anna Cordova is packaging and developing the TV animated show Captain Daddy, with creator Huston Huddleston and show runner Mitch Schauer (Garfield and Friends, The Smurfs).  C2 is also collaborating on a number of projects with long time filmmaker client Nadia Tass (Malcolm) including Feather, a femme-fatale action film.

Cordova continues to run day-to-day operations and oversee client relations and is a member of Women In Film, American Film Institute, and NAPW (National Association of Professional Women).

Faber is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, The Hollywood Post Alliance, and a lifetime member of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers.
