The Publicists of the International Cinematographers Guild (ICG), IATSE Local 600, have selected nominees for the Maxwell Weinberg Award for Motion Picture Publicity Campaign. The winner will be announced during the 63rd Annual ICG Publicists Awards on Friday, March 13, at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills.

The nominees for the 2026 Maxwell Weinberg Award for Motion Picture Publicity Campaign are:

—28 Years Later – Sony Pictures Entertainment
    —The Housemaid – Lionsgate
    —KPop Demon Hunters – Netflix
—Lilo & Stitch – Walt Disney Studios
—Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning – Paramount Pictures
    —Sinners – Warner Bros. Pictures
—Wicked: For Good – Universal Pictures

The Publicists of the ICG have also named two special award honorees. Cynthia Swartz will receive the Bob Yeager Award for Community Service and Pamela Golum will be honored with the Henri Bollinger Award for Special Merit.

During the luncheon ceremony, Swartz will be presented with the Bob Yeager Award, which honors a member who has distinguished themselves through contributions beyond publicity in service to the greater good. The award honors Swartz’s longstanding political activism and her commitment to empowering colleagues throughout the industry. The founder of Strategy PR/Consulting, Swartz is widely recognized for her award-winning campaigns for such films as The Hurt Locker, Pulp Fiction, The English Patient and Lady Bird.

The Henri Bollinger Award recognizes a person who epitomizes the definition of special merit in the field of entertainment. This year’s recipient, Golum, has spearheaded publicity for Dick Wolf’s Wolf Entertainment since 1994, which includes the Law & Order branded series, OneChicago and the FBIs and the new series CIA. She is also a founding member of The Lippin Group, a prominent independent public relations and marketing firm, formed in 1986, where she has represented numerous high-profile clients over the years.

Saylor hires Harris Sherman as head of production and Brian Freia as creative director, campaigns

Harris Sherman (l) and Brian Freia

Saylor, the Los Angeles–based creative agency known for crafting entertainment-led advertising, has made two key new hires: Harris Sherman as head of production, and Brian Freia as creative director, campaigns.

“As attention gets harder to earn, brands must think and act differently to break through. They have to operate like creators,” said Will Trowbridge, founder and CEO, Saylor. “Harris and Brian bring exactly the mix of bold ideas, production rigor, and entertainment knowledge needed to help our clients not just show up, but truly make waves.”

Sherman joins as head of production to command Saylor’s growing studio operations. He will lead the wider production division while expanding the creator team’s capabilities--creating a production engine built to deliver studio-quality content at the speed of social. He brings extensive production leadership experience--including senior roles at React Media and All Def Media, and most recently as VP of production & operations at Wildcatter--and has a proven track record of scaling teams and operations, driving audience growth, and building infrastructure for high-quality, multi-platform content.

“At Saylor, we’re helping brands create the content people seek out, rather than the ads they scroll past,” said Sherman. “That requires a different kind of production muscle. I look forward to building an environment where we can execute ambitious ideas with the polish of a studio and the pace of a creator.”

As creative director, campaigns, Freia leads Saylor’s teams to develop innovative, culture-driven work and oversees projects from concept through execution to ensure campaigns are ambitious, strategically sound, and designed to perform across platforms. He brings... Read More
