Stephen applies his nearly 15 years of sales expertise - and longtime multimedia marketing partnership with Agency Source founder Ross MacRae - to Agency Source’s U.S. market, connecting agency creatives and production company sales teams with creative partners and future clients, all in one place. He manages an international team responsible for scaling its global sales distribution. Stephen was originally hired in 2010 by Ross MacRae, founder of Agency Source and Bikini Lists—who have been connecting creative production companies and vendors with clients worldwide for over 20 years—as a marketing specialist and overseer of its vast email platform. Just two years later, he became Creative Director, leading a full overhaul of the company’s web presence and brand design in 2012.
