Sometimes when you own a home you can find yourself in an ugly situation where you need to sell it fast and move on with your life. In the first spot for HomeVestors®, we see a family living in a home with obvious foundation problems – everything is tilted. They are in their kitchen having dessert. The husband asks his wife to pass the pudding. When she sets the dish in front of him it slides off the table. The voice over says, “When things get ugly call the We Buy Ugly Houses People.” The spot is resolved with a HomeVestors® employee showing the couple how he can help them by buying their house. The second spot involves an errant husband.
Kiran, of The Cavalry Productions, directed these comedic spots (part of a 3-spot campaign) for the HomeVestors brand at webuyuglyhouses.com
Blaine Walker's New Toronto Anthem "Party In The 6ix" Now Available for Placements.
Famed Toronto Musician/Guitarist/Songwriter Blaine Walker has just made available for licensing a new song called "Party In The 6ix," which celebrates his beloved home town of Toronto’s sports teams and famous landmarks. In addition, the Music Video of this song has also just been released.
Walker calls the high-energy song, “Not just a civic anthem— but a powerful tune consciously written as a Cultural Anthem designed to celebrate everything I love about my city. Especially our sports teams. When the Raptors won the 2019 NBA Championships, or when Toronto FC won the 2017 MLS Championship, or the recent Grey Cup win by the Argos, I realized no song existed that was tailor-made for these unique moments being celebrated by Torontonians. So, I decided to write one. My homage to Toronto is meant to unite everyone that lives here, and I can envision the day when this song is used to attract tourism to Toronto, as well.
Walker is currently seeking to secure an overall Music Library deal for his entire catalogue, which, in addition to “Party In The 6ix” also includes an additional eight rock songs he composed for his popular Toronto band, Hollywood Sins. The titles of these songs are: “24/7,” “Rock Like F***,” “Dirty Girl,” “Enough Of You,” “Gotta Keep Runnin’,” “Pretty Little Psycho,” “Snake Eyes” and “Sick N’ Twisted.” To hear these songs, please CLICK HERE
Walker is hoping for media placements for his powerful tunes within feature films, trailers, TV shows, commercials and/or videogames.
The title of Walker’s newest song incorporates the phrase, “the 6ix,” a term first coined by Toronto’s biggest global pop superstar, Drake. Walker’s song also... Read More
