Acclaimed Academic All-American and Former Professional Basketball Player Spent Seven Years With Hasbro

    NASHVILLE -- (SPW) --

Taking another giant-sized step forward in their company’s growth as a world-class creative leader, the immersive multimedia specialists at Fivestone Studios are proud to welcome former Hasbro Brand Manager and acclaimed athlete Rachel Fleming to their account management team. Fivestone’s Founder and Chief Creative Officer Traylor Woodall confirms Rachel’s appointment to the position of Account Executive.

An acclaimed Academic All-American and former professional basketball player who earned her undergraduate and MBA degrees from The University of Akron, Rachel joins Fivestone from Hasbro, where she spent the past seven years with the iconic toy and game company. Beginning as an Associate Project Manager for Hasbro Gaming, Rachel rose to hold the position of Brand Manager for Transformers for over three years, before serving as Licensing Manager – Global Business Development since early 2022.

In these hands-on roles, Rachel’s work was highly impactful for Hasbro. For example, managing the $100M+ portfolio of Transformers Generation toys for the Older Kid and Fan Business, Rachel also helped ideate, create, and launch the next fan trilogy, Legacy … and successfully crowdfunded the very first Transformers toy, the $500 Unicron action figure. Having starred in the first virtual Hasbro PulseCon live event and several Fan First Friday livestreams showcasing new toys for fans, she also helped source, negotiate, and close in-license IP deals for Hasbro toy and game brands with Universal, Netflix, Paramount, VizMedia, Volkswagen, GM, and others.

Rachel remains the all-time leading scorer and rebounder for The University of Akron’s Women’s Basketball Program. Her monumental achievements at the university include 2013 Mid-Atlantic Conference (MAC) Player of the Year, and for 2014, Female Student-Athlete of the Year, MAC Tournament MVP, MAC Champion, and Capital One Academic All-American First Team. To this day, Rachel is still only one of two females in MAC history to score 2,000+ points and secure 1,000+ rebounds.

“Rachel still embodies her competitive spirit from her time in sports, and we see that as an immense benefit to Fivestone,” Traylor commented. “A highly motivated go-getter, her attention to detail and focus on relational equity is exactly what we need from her position. Fivestone has a growing client base and as we diversify our offerings, we will continue adding key positions, and hoping to find new team members of Rachel’s exceptional caliber.”

“I can confidently say that my favorite thing about Fivestone is the people,” Rachel added. “Everyone is extremely passionate, detailed, and talented. I am fortunate to have found such a special place to work.”

To support Fivestone’s growth as a world-class creative leader, the company continues to seek out dynamic individuals driven to innovate and collaborate with the world’s best. To learn more about open positions across its network, please visit https://fivestonestudios.com/careers.

When the Tennessee Titans set out to introduce a bold new era for the franchise – unveiling new uniforms, a refreshed logo, and a renewed voice for the team – they knew the moment demanded a story worthy of the fans who have stood by them for generations. To help realize that vision, the Titans chose Fivestone Studios, whose uniquely integrated model enabled the creation of “Next Titan Up,” an emotionally resonant brand anthem film that premiered as part of the team’s historic reveal. “Not only is Fivestone a local Tennessee company, but they also have exceptional capabilities,” said Charles Jensen, VP of Creative for the Tennessee Titans. “From the first conversation, we knew they were in‑tune with the story we wanted to tell, and because they have lived and breathed this culture, they were able to tell it in the most authentic way possible.” The Titans’ creative leadership, including Jensen and Director of Project Management Julia Perkins Bender, approached Fivestone to collaborate on conceptualizing and developing the brand campaign anthem and logo‑reveal creative content. Their goal: Articulate a new voice for the Titans that feels iconic, soulful, and deeply connected to the people of Tennessee. To translate that vision into a cinematic experience, Fivestone partnered closely with Bella – its creative-led production studio – whose filmmaking expertise, early involvement, and deep Tennessee roots were essential to shaping the film’s authenticity and emotional tone. “The Titans came to us with a clear, powerful vision for how they wanted this moment to feel,” said Fivestone Executive Producer Darren Jaffe. “Our role was to bring that vision to life through Fivestone’s integrated model – where strategy, creative,...
