Branding and creative agency MOD Worldwide (www.modworldwide.com) announced today the appointment of Jared Scott as managing director. In this newly created position, Scott will assist in the overall leadership of the headquarter office with a focus on operations, management and business development.

“Jared’s marketing background and entrepreneurial spirit made him a ready fit and exciting addition to MOD,” agency founder John Stanley said. “We’re looking forward to Jared helping us grow while retaining our vision and culture.”

Prior to joining MOD, Scott helped build brands across a multitude of categories and targets with stops at NYC shops Young & Rubicam and Ogilvy and CP+B in Miami. He founded an agency, Stick and Move, which was acquired by fellow Philly ad agency Red Tettemer. He stayed on to head business development and assist with operations and client management. In late 2015, Scott headed back to NYC to help The Brooklyn Brothers transition through its 2016 IPG acquisition. He served as the agency’s first-ever managing director with a focus on operations, business development and management leadership.

This key hire marks a talent investment for MOD as the agency continues to grow nationally and work with clients such Comcast, Aetna and McGraw Hill.

“I am beyond thrilled,” Scott said. “It’s so rare to find such a beautiful amalgamation of passionate people with a deep dedication to smart strategy, clever creative and distinctive design—and all within a tremendously wired and forward-thinking environment.”
