On the heels of World Mental Health Day, Post New York Alliance (PNYA) will unveil strategies for maintaining mental health at a time of unprecedented stress in the next edition of its weekly webinar series Post Break. Titled Building Mental Resilience in the Age of COVID, the session will feature a diverse panel of experts with unique insights into mental well-being and how it applies to life in the post-production industry. They will discuss simple techniques for dealing with anxiety, maintaining a positive outlook and remaining productive even in a year that’s been rated as the most stressful on record.
