    Mangesh Pathak Moves from Investor to Strategic Leadership

    Culver City, CA -- (SPW) --

    Prime Focus Technologies (PFT), the technology arm of Prime Focus, announced that Mangesh Pathak has joined the organization as Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Pathak, who was the co-founder and partner of Ambit Pragma, a growth capital private equity fund, led the investment in PFT in 2016 and has since been a Director on the company’s board. He has worked very closely with PFT in that capacity, and he knows the firm, its character and potential well. Prior to joining Ambit Pragma, Mr. Pathak has been an established expert in supply chain and logistics, supporting a range of companies including Asian Paints, Reliance, and GlaxoSmithkline. As he takes on his new role, Mr. Pathak will give up his position on the company’s board.
