Boston-born Jessica Mutascio returns to America after spending a decade editing in Australia, most recently with The Editors in Sydney. Excited to extend her client base and take her work to a global level, Mutascio is thrilled to join the Whitehouse New York roster. “I was attracted to Whitehouse because of the amazing work they do,” says Mutascio. “I love cutting everything from drama to fashion, comedy, documentaries, so to see a place with such a great variety of high-quality work and so much talent definitely caught my eye.”
A skilled and prolific editor, Mutascio has collaborated with agencies including BBDO, DDB, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, TBWA, and Saatchi & Saatchi, cutting work for top brands like Canon, Target, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagon, McDonalds, Gatorade, and Cadbury. In addition to commercials, Mutascio's experience extends to short films, music videos, documentaries, and in 2016 she edited her first feature The Marshes directed by Roger Scott. Her work has garnered awards from The Australian Editors Guild, the Sydney Underground Film Festival, and The Spikes Asia Awards.
“We enthusiastically welcome Jessica to Whitehouse,” says Executive Producer Caitlin Grady. “Her versatile talent is evident on her reel; her work flows beautifully and tells the stories of connections and daily life moments. Jessica’s optimism is infectious. We are thrilled to represent her.”
