Spot Created By Agency Edelman, New Spot Celebrates The Many Ways The Gold-Wrapped Candies Elevate The Season

    LOS ANGELES -- (SPW) --

‘Tis the season for Ferrero Rocher® candies on your holiday table, as lovingly depicted in the new ad “Add Your Golden Touch,” directed by Alison Roberto of STORY, the full-service production and post-production company with locations in Chicago and Los Angeles, and featuring actress, director, and holiday lover, Jennifer Love Hewitt. The campaign was created by agency Edelman and is currently airing nationally.

“I have been a big Jennifer Love Hewitt fan my entire life – my best friend and I watched ‘Can’t Hardly Wait’ several hundred times,” Roberto says, ”needless to say, I was excited to work with her. Jennifer was so much fun to be with on set. She’s super ‘real,’ kind, and extremely funny. We had a great day together. She was collaborative and nailed her performances with ease. We bonded while talking about our young sons and the inherent challenges of being a working Mom.”

The spot is lit with stunning elegance, bathed in a golden hue that reinforces the brand’s distinctive gold foil wrapping. It features Hewitt sharing simple ways you can ‘add your golden touch’ with Ferrero Rocher®, such as custom handwritten place cards, pyramid centerpieces, and post-dinner gifts.

For Roberto, the only challenge, as is so often the case, was time. “Our film day was filled with variations for our commercial and various social pieces for the campaign all while Jennifer was in the middle of filming a movie, so our time with her was limited. I am fortunate to have the best crew that always rises to the occasion. We film a lot of celebrity work, so we were prepared and up for the challenge.”

Mark Androw, Executive Producer of STORY along with Cliff Grant, adds that the inevitable time crunch was lessened thanks to a full prelight day on location and Alison and her team having everything mapped out so the shoot day went flawlessly.

“We have a great working relationship with Edelman and their Head of Production, Aldo Gagliardi,” Androw says. “The agency was anxious about getting a lot done with the celebrity and the short amount of time we had her. They knew that we had a lot of experience working with celebrities with hard-out deadlines. When our company first opened, we did several spots with Michael Jordan, and we learned the discipline required to get a lot done and not keep the celebrity waiting. The 3 most important things in production are: pre-production, pre-production, and pre-production.”

Boris FX Optics Delivers New AI Masking and Image Restoration Tools To Photoshop Workflows

    Monday, December 1, 2025
    Boris FX Optics 2026

Optics, the Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom plugin and standalone application developed by the award-winning team at Boris FX, introduces four new AI-driven tools that simplify previously traditional photo editing techniques. The 2026 release allows photographers and digital artists to tackle facial segmentation, depth map generation, noise removal, and upscaling with just a few clicks. It also delivers a smoother workflow directly within Photoshop, streamlines browsing through its vast Hollywood-ready effects library, and adds glossy new effects and presets. “Optics 2026 is all about doing more with your images without slowing you down. New tools like Depth Map ML make it easy to add atmosphere, color grading, sharpening, and detail in a way that still feels natural. Face ML speeds up repetitive retouching tasks, and the Photoshop Essentials Panel brings your favorite looks, presets, and go-to tools into one place,” states Renée Robyn, Optics product manager. “With the new filters and presets, I’m genuinely excited to see how people push these tools and make them their own. We’re building the tools for photographers and digital artists that I wish I had had my entire career.” “As a portrait photographer, I never thought of myself as a digital artist until I started using Optics as part of my workflow. Now the images I see in my head come to life without spending hours lost in Photoshop, making my business more efficient,” comments Matt Stagliano, portrait photographer. “Optics 2026 gives me more control than ever with hundreds of new filter & effect variants, redesigned...
