Veteran Colorist Kevin Michael Kirwan (American Crime Story, American Horror Story) has joined Periscope Post & Audio. Kirwan brings more than 20 years of experience as a senior colorist and credits on more than 40 television series.
Post-production IT specialist Edwin Polanco has joined Periscope Post & Audio, Hollywood, as its chief engineer. Polanco will set engineering policies, oversee technical operations and lead technology planning.
Periscope Post has completed construction of a Dolby Atmos-capable theatrical mix stage at its recently opened facility in Hollywood. The stage features a dual-operator Avid S6 mixing console and is designed to produce Atmos mixes for theatrical, streaming and broadcast release.
Chicago-based Periscope Post & Audio has expanded to the West Coast, opening a 22,000 square foot sound and picture finishing facility in Hollywood.
