What makes a car cool? Making it your own. Director Tim Damon recently took to his proprietary stage20 car studio to show off the latest ways to accessorize your Altima for Nissan and agency Designory.

Accessorize It
According to Damon, today’s marketplace is filled with car owners wanting to modify their vehicles. “Besides technology, car makers are enticing customers with a complete line of accessories,” says Damon. “That used to be the exclusive domain of aftermarket suppliers, but no more.” In the :30 spot titled, “Altima Accessories,”  Damon shows off the most popular options offered up by Nissan.

The spot encourages Altima owners to customize, cutting from a red-lined speedometer/tachometer to a frenetic turntabled, spinning car. The red Altima turns round and round, as viewers are encouraged to accessorize. “Light this up,” the graphics implore as the car glows and changes color. Tires come next, highlighting exotic alloy wheel options. Next up, protecting the interior with custom, easy to clean all-season floor mats. The screen then splits into three images, as other accessories come into view, from chrome door handles to matching rear accents.

“It let’s Altima fans know that Nissan has an extensive line of genuine accessories, either at the dealership or at their online eSTORE.” adds Damon. “The “Altima Accessories” spot inspires one to customize their ride.”
