Arden Phillips, Editor at Whitehouse Post
    NEW YORK -- (SPW) --

Continuing its commitment to developing talent from within, Whitehouse Post proudly promotes Arden Phillips to editor.

Since joining Whitehouse Post in 2024, Phillips has quickly distinguished herself through her storytelling, sharp creative instincts, and collaborative spirit. After beginning her career as a production assistant in Los Angeles, she spent several years working as a writer and content manager before returning to post-production full time. She later held assistant editor roles at Mackcut and LVLY before joining Whitehouse Post.

Her recent work includes campaigns for Michelob Ultra, Ad Council, and Modelo Equity, collaborating with agencies like BBDO, TBWA, and Ogilvy. One recent highlight was editing Ad Council’s Zill campaign, a project focused on encouraging teens to prioritize their mental health and seek out community. Looking ahead, Phillips is focused on continuing to make work she’s proud of alongside creative partners who share her passion for storytelling. View Arden’s reel here.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Phillips brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her work, drawing on experience across writing, content development, and filmmaking. That broad creative foundation informs her approach in the edit suite, where narrative, performance, and pacing are central to every project.

“Being an editor means you get a front row seat to every part of the storytelling process,” says Phillips. “I love collaborating with talented people and helping to bring the story into focus. Every project is different, and that’s what keeps it exciting.” Reflecting on her decision to join Whitehouse Post, Phillips points to both the work and the culture.

“I was drawn to the variety of styles coming out of Whitehouse and the level of care behind the work,” she says. ” Since my first day, I’ve felt incredibly supported. There’s a real sense of collaboration and curiosity here that pushes everyone to do their best work.”

For Whitehouse Post, Phillip’s promotion reflects both her creative growth and the impact she has already made across the company.

“Arden is one of those editors who makes everyone around her better,” says Ryan Smith, Executive Producer, New York. “She’s thoughtful, hardworking, collaborative, and has an incredible sensitivity to story. We’ve loved watching her grow at Whitehouse and couldn’t be more excited to see what she does next.”

Phillips’ promotion reflects both her evolution as an editor and Whitehouse Post’s continued investment in nurturing the next generation of creative talent.
