    LOBO Signs Director Wade Shotter For U.S. Representation

    NEW YORK --

    Wade Shotter has signed on to the roster of live-action filmmakers at creative studio LOBO for U.S. representation. His diverse background includes comic book illustration, music videos, television writing, and work as an advertising creative.

    Shotter is the recipient of a Cannes Gold Lion and Silver Pencil for directing the Pet Shop Boys’ music video for “Integral.” Shotter has also collaborated with the band Fujiya & Miyagi, directing its music videos for “Ankle Injuries” and “Sore Thumb.” Shotter directed brand films for companies like Vodafone, Target, McDonald’s, PlayStation, Tempo, Qantas, Uber, and the powerful FENZ film “Firefighters Don’t Like Fire Movies.” Prior to joining LOBO, he had been last repped in the U.S. by White Label.

    Shotter’s narrative short I Will Not Write Unless I Am Swaddled In Furs” competed in the Palm Springs, Edinburgh, and Aesthetica film festivals and earned multiple honors in others, including Best Short Film, Best Comedy Short, Best Adaptation, and a Gold for Direction.

    Shotter said of LOBO, “Their work is fantastic, and they represent incredible directors, but what sold me was the people–genuine, passionate, and they clearly care deeply about what they do. That’s what won me over.”

    LOBO managing director Luis Ribeiro added, “Wade can flawlessly translate what he sees in his mind to what manifests on screen with such artistic execution and integrity. His live-action films reflect his broad experience as a multidisciplinary creative with rich environments and deep-feeling performances.”

    Greenpoint Pictures Adds Director Jen Stafford To Its Roster

    Filmmaker Jen Stafford has joined the talent roster at Greenpoint Pictures for U.S. representation. The recipient of a NATAS Emmy Award for Outstanding Entertainment for the Seattle Seahawks anthem film “Rebirth,” Stafford had been most recently repped in the U.S. by Framestore Pictures prior to coming aboard Greenpoint.

    Stafford began her career in documentaries, profoundly shaping her style, approach, and story-first mindset. Guided by an honest lens, humanity, and presence, Stafford boils each story down to a universal truth and cleverly pulls on those threads to elicit an emotional response within audiences. Within her commercial work, Stafford finds ways to return to these roots, blending tender poeticism with wonder to create films that feel as personal as they are powerful.

    Red Bull Media House recruited Stafford out of college, where she directed action and adventure content for 10 years, supporting the development of Red Bull TV’s visual approach and finding her footing as a director. There, she worked with athletes like Lindsey Vonn, Max Verstappen, Breanna Stewart, Daniel Ricciardo, Hilary Knight, and Sue Bird. She went on to direct the Red Bull brand film “One Shot,” featuring motocross rider Tyler Bereman, which won a National Sports Emmy for Outstanding Camera Work in 2022. The following year, "Rebirth" won the aforementioned NATAS Emmy.

    Additional brand work includes Honda, Bud Light x NFL, Oura Ring, Chipotle, JPMorgan Chase, Delta Air Lines, and the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation, as well as Domino’s Plowing for Pizza, which won a Silver Clio for Brand Activation.
