    NEW YORK -- (SPW) --

Morgan & Morgan’s latest national campaigns bring cinematic craft and spirited comedy to a category rarely known for either. The firm is rolling out new installments of its national campaigns, “You Wouldn’t” and “Power Move.” One plays in the world of social logic and everyday misfires. The other leans into unapologetic confidence. Together, they make a simple point: when the stakes are high, you don’t gamble.

The newest “You Wouldn’t” spot, titled “Laid Off,” opens inside a corporate office where an employee is called in to see his boss and instead is met by a full-blown barbershop quartet. The singers harmonize their way through the worst news of his career. It’s awkward. It’s unnecessary. It’s exactly the kind of thing you wouldn’t do.

“I’ve never been afraid to break the mold or crack a smile with our ads,” said Morgan & Morgan founder John Morgan. “Humor is a hallmark of our brand, but results are our legacy. Our newest campaign bridges that gap, striking a balance between creativity and delivering an important message: when it matters most, you want the firm that has the resources to win against corporate defendants.”

Thmore “You Wouldn’t” campaign previously spotlighted social self-sabotage including hiring your ex to officiate your wedding.

Meanwhile, “Power Move” launched with a crime-drama inspired interrogation spot starring an owl as the enforcer of smart decisions.

The next installment brings the message even closer to home. In the new “Power Move” family spot, two parents head out for date night, leaving their kids with grandma. Wanting extra backup, grandma calls in WWE superstar Liv Morgan. Because sometimes support isn’t optional it’s a power move.

In a subtle but meaningful detail, the commercial features the real Morgan family including Matt and Kassidy Morgan, along with real-life grandmother Ultima Morgan. As a family business, the casting choice is authentic.

“The ambition was simple: make it unforgettable,” said Carlos Wigle, Chief Creative Officer at Morgan & Morgan. “There was a time when campaigns didn’t just run, they lived in culture. You could quote them. We’ve always admired the greats who treated comedy like a craft and memorability like a responsibility. ‘You Wouldn’t’ and ‘Power Move’ are built on one clear idea executed as hard as we can push it. It’s an homage to that era and hopefully a reminder that comedy, when done with conviction, cuts through more than anything.”

Created by Morgan & Morgan’s in-house agency the campaigns will run nationally across broadcast, digital, audio, and out-of-home throughout 2026.

Morgan & Morgan’s Fresh Take On Law Advertising Ramps Up With ArtClass and The Dynamic Jewo

    Tuesday, January 16, 2024
Frame from Morgan & Morgan spot " Hard & Easy Chips"

Morgan & Morgan, America’s largest injury law firm, reveals their latest campaign that offers a humorous and refreshing approach to typical law firm advertising. Behind the scenes, the project was equally unique: with a collaboration between production company ArtClass and creatives turned newly minted directors Aron Fried and Carlos Wigle, in their debut as The Dynamic Jewo.

Showcasing all the ways Morgan & Morgan offers easy access to filing a claim, the campaign kicks off with various relatable scenarios that can be difficult in comparison. The three spots capture the everyday challenges we’ve all faced: the struggle of discretely opening a snack amidst a sea of silence, enduring a mind-numbing ten minute video or attempting to cancel a gym membership. The campaign wraps with a reminder that hiring Morgan & Morgan for your legal needs can be as effortless as tapping a button.

This is the third campaign for Morgan & Morgan produced by ArtClass, with the previous productions helmed by roster directors. The latest collaboration fully integrated the creative and production process with a partnership that included consulting agency producer Matt Sausmer, agency creatives/directors The Dynamic Jewo, and the production team at ArtClass.

The Dynamic Jewo AKA Carlos Wigle and Aron Fried met way back as kids at Jew camp. With a penchant for unbridled creativity and ballyhoo, they hit it off immediately. Later, they became a multi-awarded agency creative team, concepting projects that other people got... Read More
