Late Shift has signed Emily Elizabeth Thomas, a director known for her punk-feminine perspective, whimsical production design, and story-driven commercial work.
A Texas-born filmmaker, she has collaborated with brands including Disney, Southwest Airlines, Dell, Bacardi, Garnier Fructis, and Maybelline, working with talent such as Sarah Michelle Gellar and Martha Stewart.
Thomas’ narrative voice has earned a devoted following. Her viral web series Keily developed a cult audience in 2024 for its offbeat, big-hearted take on teen girlhood, leading to her feature debut, Keily: Homecoming Dweeb. The film revives the high-gloss energy of early-2000s rom-coms through a contemporary feminine lens and premiered at Los Angeles’ historic Saban Theatre with a red-carpet event hosted by Jesse Metcalfe.
With a background spanning celebrity-driven campaigns, beauty, alcohol, and narrative experience, Thomas brings a distinctive, commercially fluent voice to Late Shift–combining theatrical world-building with culturally resonant storytelling.
Thomas was previously signed with ArtClass for representation and prior to that, Sibling Rivalry.
