    Bethany MacMillan
NEW YORK & LOS ANGELES --

Bicoastal production company Greenpoint Pictures has added Bethany MacMillan as executive producer of new business. Before joining Greenpoint Pictures, MacMillan–who’s known for nurturing young directors and finding them the right creative opportunities–worked across many disciplines at companies like MJZ, Human, HSI, Barrie Isaacson Mgmt, Über Content, Identity, and Free Agents…..

MakeMake has promoted Dre Krichevsky to VP, new business and relationships. Joining the MakeMake family with Rock Paper Scissors nearly 10 years ago, Krichevsky has worked her way up the company ladder from sr. producer to head of production, then to executive producer and now in her new role. As VP, new business and relationships, Krichevsky is now operating from a place of growth rather than development. She will work across all of MakeMake’s creative disciplines and its complete roster of 200+ creatives, ensuring strong client relationships while driving new business and partnerships with brands, production companies, agencies, and creative partners. Krichevsky’s promotion marks MakeMake’s first major outward-facing position under the studio’s inspired reorganization. Her prior work with MakeMake includes serving as an integral part of award-winning teams that created high-level campaigns for brands such as Nike, Apple, Coca-Cola, Meta, Amazon, Toyota, Lexus, and the NFL. In her new role, Krichevsky will focus on increasing awareness of MakeMake while cultivating creative partnerships and identifying new talent to support the studio’s continued evolution. She will work closely with MakeMake’s new national representation, Free Agents, the indie firm founded by managing partner Patricia Claire….

Copacino Fujikado names Ellie Caldwell its first-ever head of strategy

    Wednesday, April 22, 2026

Copacino Fujikado, the Seattle-based independent agency, has appointed Ellie Caldwell as head of strategy, a newly created role.

Caldwell will set the agency’s strategic vision, guide a team of brand and communications strategists, and serve as the senior strategic advisor across client partnerships and new business.

She joins after more than a decade of agency and brand strategy experience, most recently serving as VP, strategy director at Razorfish, where she led creative and digital strategy for USAA Life Insurance, Investments, and the USAA Insurance Agency.

“Ellie’s experience working across multi-disciplinary teams to help bring big, creative ideas to life is exactly what we do for our clients,” said Scott Foreman, CEO of Copacino Fujikado. “We are already producing stand-out, quick-to-market creative that helps brands punch above their weight, and with Ellie on board we will have a leader who brings real strategic vision to ensure long-term success for Copacino Fujikado and our clients.”

“Copacino Fujikado has built something special and I’ve been a great admirer of their work for years,” said Caldwell. “Their lean and nimble approach means they are able to execute quickly and powerfully on any strategy. I look forward to being around such talented people to help level up the amazing work they’re already doing.”

Prior to Razorfish, Caldwell was VP, strategy director at Leo Burnett, where she served as global brand strategy lead for BofA Securities and the Bank of America Institute, and led creative strategy campaigns for Kashi.

Earlier in her career, Caldwell built her strategic foundation across Deutsch LA, Pereira O’Dell, and Edelman, and as an independent strategist worked with brands... Read More
